libcsp-source software package provides Cubesat Space Protocol Library (source), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsp-source
libcsp-source is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsp-source package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsp-source *
You will get with libcsp-source package name, version, architecture and description in a table
